ONLINE REGISTRATION FORM

Kindly read the instructions given below carefully:

• You will need to bring 2 printouts of the online completed form at the School Reception between 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM with a proof of online payment of Rs. 25/- (Screenshot of the payment in soft/physical form)
• All the information to be submitted in capital letters.
• Please submit self-attested copies of the following along with the form:
• Proof of date of birth
• Proof of single parent, first born child (If applicable)
• Parent Transfer Order Copy (If applicable)
• Report Card of previous class (for admission in class KG onwards)
• Any one Residential Proof (Passport/Aadhar Card/Voter ID Card)
• Aadhar Card of Father, Mother and Applicant child
• Immunization record of the Applicant child
• Medical fitness certificate of the child.
• Please note that the school uses activity photographs and videos on its website and social media pages which may include your ward.
• Incomplete registration form will be rejected without any communication
• Submission of form does not guarantee admission to the school
• All communication will happen through Father’s/Mother’s mobile or Email Address submitted in the form.
